COVID-19 Update

As we all adjust to the daily developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we realize how important it is to balance work and personal well-being. We at Prima wish you, your staff, co-workers, and family continued good health and safety during these trying times and want you to know that we will continue to operate during normal business hours.

We also realize that circumstances may require extended remote work for Prima customers.  In light of this possibility, we are happy to provide additional Prima software installs to accommodate those who will be working from home.  Please submit requests for additional installs to our Freshdesk ASAP and advise your staff that we will require a remote connection to their machine (same as the one we use currently) and that they are of course protected by the same Terms and Conditions of your existing contract.

If you already have Prima installed on your laptop you are good to go!  Your current login/registration credentials are still valid for additional installs. We are here to assist if you have any issues or questions.
