Prima are delighted to announce that Becky joined our Customer Care Team last month.
Becky brings a wealth of customer service experience from previous roles within the Home Retail Group to help strengthen our department. As we’re in the testing phase of rolling our all-new support platform for our users, Becky is having a positive impact already creating, modifying and editing new help content ready for our users.
Customer Services Director, Steve Dennis said: “It’s great to have someone of Becky’s calibre to improve our support experience. She has fit in immediately with the team, proved to be a very quick learner, and I believe her pleasant & happy service approach will be a hit with our customers.”
