Prima Strengthen Customer Service Centre

We are delighted to announce Joseph Fraser has joined the Customer Service Centre in June.

A recent graduate from LJMU with First Class Honours, Joseph brings technical and digital design expertise to the team, which will help us improve our online customer experience.

In addition to supporting Prima Cloud, Joseph will be focusing on improving the PrimaHelp platform and rolling out the PrimaGO stores to new and existing customers.

Joseph said: “I was absolutely delighted when I received confirmation that I was joining Prima Software. I felt that working within the Customer services team with many exciting and fast-growing customers that use Prima, would be the perfect place to start my journey into the world of software and technology at one of the most prestigious and well-respected company’s in their industry. I cannot wait to get started and interact with customers!”
