With the support of Weaver, we have successfully completed the social sustainability program in collaboration with Office Friendly and DEKRA. We are thrilled to announce that Prima Software has recently been awarded our certification, reflecting our commitment to social responsibility and sustainable practices.

Carbon Footprint

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint by implementing energy-saving measures, reducing paper use, and providing carbon footprint training to our team. We work with customers and suppliers to minimise environmental impact and share our progress through various channels.

Some Of The Things We Do:

  • Implement a switch-off initiative
  • Reduce paper usage throughout the office
  • Regularly monitor energy consumption to identify areas for improvement

Waste Management

Our team is committed to waste reduction initiatives like recycling, reducing paper use, and promoting reusable products. We aim to meet all relevant legislation and work with employees, customers, and suppliers to raise awareness about sustainable practices.

Some Of The Things We Do:

  • Use recycled and recyclable paper only
  • Minimise paper use with a paperless scheme
  • Adopt a printing policy encouraging reusing paper for drafts and notes

Social Responsibility

We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and enhancing the sustainability of our operations. Our commitment to social responsibility includes legal compliance and community engagement. We promote a healthy work-life balance, provide mental health resources, and encourage employee suggestions for improvement.

To achieve our sustainable product goals, we ensure all employees receive training on sustainable products and stay compliant with relevant legislation.
