Prima Software Wins UK Service Provider of the Year Award – For the Third Time

Every November, the UK business supplies industry comes together for the prestigious BOSS Awards – one of the biggest nights on the sector calendar. This year’s event, hosted at the stunning Kimpton Hotel in Manchester, proved once again why it’s such a special celebration of innovation, partnership, and excellence across our industry.

And this year, it was an especially proud moment for our team.

We were honored to receive the Service Provider of the Year Award for the third time. Winning once is a fantastic achievement. Winning three times is something really special. It reflects what sits at the heart of Prima – our team spirit, our culture, our work ethic, and our commitment to the customers we serve.

Our success doesn’t come from luck or one-off moments. It comes from people. Every day, I see a team supporting one another, challenging each other to be better, and working together with a shared purpose. That togetherness is powerful – it’s what helps us keep improving, innovating, and pushing forward as a business, both in the UK and with our growing presence in the US.

But at the center of everything we do are our customers. They shape our decisions, drive our improvements, and keep us focused on what truly matters. By working alongside our customers, we stay grounded, ambitious, and committed to delivering technology and service that genuinely make a difference.

The BOSS Awards are also a reminder of the wider industry community we’re part of. The business supplies sector is built on connection and collaboration, and each year the awards feel like a family coming together; Competitors, partners, colleagues, and friends all celebrating side by side.
